Al principio era principalmente para la hernia de disco y la enfermedad degenerativa del disco. Ahora es posible tratar las hernias discales de la columna cervical, torácica y lumbar. La estenosis de la columna lumbar, también se pueden tratar algunos casos de estenosis de la columna cervical.
